Popular baby toy recalled over choking fears – Telegraph.co.uk

“The firm has received 42 reports of the plastic disc breaking releasing small beads including two reports of beads found in children’s mouths and three reports of gagging. 

The recall applies to Oball Rattles sold after January 2016, with one of the following ‘T’ Date Codes: T3065T0486T1456T2316 and T2856.

The code can be found on a small triangle on the rattle’s inner surface

Customers who bought one of the affected Kids II Oball Rattle’s from Toys R Us are advised to contact the store for a refund, or call the Customer Service Team on 0800 0488607 for further information. 

If the toy was bought elsewhere, it should be returned directly to the point of purchase.
