The 80th annual Warren County Farmers’ Fair, which also includes a Hot Air Balloon Festival, began Saturday and will continue through Aug. 5.
In traditional fair fashion, food, entertainment and rides can all be found daily.
The fair also features a number of exhibition buildings which house livestock, arts and crafts, flowers and vegetables, among others.
Ticketed events include demolition derbies, tractor and truck pulls, a mud bog and hay bale rolling.
Every night at 6:30 p.m. up to 30 hot air balloons will launch, weather permitting. Balloon rides are $205 per person on weekends and $195 per person on weekdays. Tethered rides for $10 a person will be offered as conditions allow.
Fair admission is $7 for adults, $4 for children ages 5-12, and free for children 4 and under. Children are free before 4 p.m. on weekdays. Parking is free.
